1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by MK Food ("we", "us", or "our"), a food company operating in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"Products" means all food products, beverages, and related items sold by MK Food. "Services" means all services provided by MK Food, including but not limited to delivery, catering, and online ordering. 4. Product Information and Availability
4.1. We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
4.2. All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
5. Allergens and Dietary Information
5.1. We provide allergen information for our Products.
5.2. While we take reasonable care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen facilities may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any Product is completely free from allergens.
5.3. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from consumption of our Products.
6. Orders and Payment
6.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by MK Food. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
6.2. Prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
6.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.4. We accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as advertised. All online payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
6.5. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
7. Delivery and Collection
7.1. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delay in delivery.
7.2. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly stated before you place your order.
7.3. For delivery orders, you must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the Customer.
7.4. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery or collection.
7.5. For collection orders, Products must be collected within the agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to dispose of uncollected orders, without refund, if not collected within a reasonable time.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1. Due to the perishable nature of our Products, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations if preparation has already begun.
8.2. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel online or telephone orders within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods, including food products.
8.3. If you receive Products that are damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us immediately. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
8.4. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
8.5. We do not provide refunds for changes in personal preference or if you are no longer hungry.
9. Food Safety and Quality
9.1. We comply with all applicable UK food safety legislation, including the Food Safety Act 1990 and Food Hygiene Regulations.
9.2. All Products should be consumed by the use-by or best-before dates indicated on packaging.
9.3. It is the Customer's responsibility to store and handle Products safely after delivery or collection.
10. Consumer Rights
10.1. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
10.2. If Products do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.
10.3. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by UK law.
11.2. Subject to clause 11.1, we are not liable for: (a) Any indirect or consequential losses; (b) Loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (c) Loss or corruption of data; (d) Any allergic reactions or adverse health effects unless caused by our negligence or breach of statutory duty.
11.3. Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Products.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. All intellectual property rights in our Website, marketing materials, recipes, and branding belong to MK Food or our licensors.
12.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
